Create paper / offline account
For members who do not have a portal login yet. Keep balances and history here, then link them when they sign up.
Link paper account → portal login
Choose a paper account and the portal member’s Firebase UID (from Admin Hub). If they already have a bank account, paper balance, deposits, loans, and full history are combined into that main linked account. The paper account is then removed. If they have no bank account yet, the paper account becomes their login account.
